- What gives you excitement?
- I’m excited by the collaborative spirit that’s taking root in our city. Transforming Fresno is a collective effort, and it truly takes all of us working together. Every neighborhood holds unique assets and opportunities, and it’s inspiring to see organizations, college students, church volunteers, and community leaders coming together. The potential for growth and positive change is boundless when we join forces.
- What keeps you up at night?
- I absolutely love the people I get to work with every day! Our team dynamic is fantastic. The sense of accountability and the opportunities for leadership development here are truly invigorating. I’m continually challenged and transformed, gaining a clearer understanding of my role within the community. Working at Every Neighborhood Partnership pushes me to grow and step beyond my comfort zone, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.
- What gives you hope?
- I’m filled with hope that the seeds we’re planting in our city today will yield a remarkable harvest in the future. Every effort we make is meaningful and impactful. Our efforts to support students through literacy will help Fresno’s elementary students thrive—they will read, excel academically, and develop into engaged, responsible citizens.
- If you could wave your magic wand, what is the first thing you would change or add?
- If I could change one thing in our city, it would be to ensure that everyone has access to affordable housing, grocery stores, inviting community spaces, nurturing and safe churches, fully operational clinics, and all the essential resources needed for every neighborhood to thrive.
